Wall Display
Use Wall Display to show a live, read-only workshop schedule on a TV or large screen. The display updates automatically and does not require a user login.
Important
Anyone with the display link can view the workshop schedule. Keep the link private and regenerate it if it is shared unintentionally.
Setup
Steps
- Open the Wall Display settings.
- Choose the display appearance and view settings.
- Open the generated link on the TV browser or scan the QR code using a casting device.
- Leave the display open. It will refresh automatically.
Customize This Link
Configure how the Wall Display appears and which views are shown.
Appearance
Choose the display theme:
- Dark — uses a dark interface.
- Light — uses a light interface.
Views
Choose what the TV displays.
Rotate all views
Automatically rotates between the Today, Board, and Week views.
Today only
Displays only today's schedule.
Today view
Board only
Displays only the live job board.
Board view
Week only
Displays only the weekly schedule.
Week view
Switch Every
Choose how often the display changes to the next view when Rotate all views is enabled.
Available intervals
- 10 seconds
- 15 seconds
- 20 seconds
- 30 seconds
- 45 seconds
- 60 seconds
QR Code
QR Code
Scan the QR code to open the Wall Display link on another device or cast it to the TV.
Display Link
The unique link used to open the Wall Display.
Copy
Copies the display link to the clipboard.
Open Display
Opens a preview of the Wall Display in a new browser tab.
Regenerate Link
Creates a new display link and disables the previous one.
Use this option if the current link may have been exposed or shared with an unauthorized person.
