Job Board
Activity Log
The Activity Log records key actions performed in the system and displays active warnings. This section helps you monitor changes to Job Cards, employee activity, and situations that may require additional attention.
The Activity Log also helps you quickly return to your recent work. If you close a Job Card and cannot remember which vehicle you were just working on, you can review your latest actions, find the vehicle’s license plate, and identify the Job Card where the changes were made.
How to open the Activity Log
The Activity Log is available from the user menu:
- Select the company or user profile field in the top-right corner of the system.
- Select “Activity Log” from the menu.
- To load the latest system activity and warnings, select “Refresh”.

This is especially useful when you need to find a recently edited Job Card or check who made a particular change.

Color coding helps distinguish between different types of actions.

Provides additional information about the action. The description may include the previous and new status, an item that was added or removed, the payment method, or other relevant details.
User
Shows the user who performed the action. This information helps identify who made the change and ensures that system activity can be traced.
Warnings
The “Warnings” tab displays situations detected by the system that may require the user’s attention.
Each warning includes:
- the license plate of the related vehicle;
- the warning type;
- the severity level;
- a description of the situation.
Missing Payment
This warning is displayed when a job has been marked as completed and has recorded costs, but no payment records exist in the system.
When this warning appears, review the invoice and payment information in the corresponding Job Card.
Severity
The severity level indicates how urgently the identified situation should be reviewed. High-severity warnings are marked as “High” and highlighted in red so they can be identified quickly.
Using Filters
The search, action type, and date range filters can be used together. When multiple filters are applied, only activity entries matching all selected conditions are displayed, and the “Filtered Activities” indicator is updated automatically.
