Company Profile
The Company Profile section allows you to upload your company logo and manage your company, address, and financial information.
Open this page by selecting Settings → Company Profile.
Company Logo
Upload the company logo that will be displayed on invoices and estimates.
A landscape-oriented logo with a resolution of at least 400 × 160 px is recommended.
Supported file formats
- JPG
- PNG
- SVG
- WebP
To upload a logo:
- 1Click Upload Logo.
- 2Select the logo file from your device.
- 3Wait for the logo to be uploaded and updated.
Company Details
This section displays your primary company information. These details are used throughout the system and on generated documents.
The information is divided into three groups:
- Identity
- Address
- Financial
To update the information, click Edit.
Identity
This section contains the main identification and contact details of your company:
- Company Name – the official name of the company or garage.
- Email – the company’s primary contact email address.
Address
This section contains the company’s business or registered address:
- Address
- City
- Country
Financial
This section contains the company’s registration, tax, and banking information:
- Company Code
- VAT Number
- Bank Details
- Bank Name
- IBAN
If certain information has not yet been provided, a dash may be displayed next to the corresponding field.
Update these details whenever the company name, contact information, address, tax information, or bank account changes. Check that all information is correct before saving your changes.
