Subscription & Billing
Use Subscription & Billing to view and manage your company's subscription plan, payment information, usage credits, and billing history.
This page provides information about your current subscription, plan limits, the next billing date, and the payment method saved to your account.
Current Plan
The Current Plan section displays information about the subscription currently used by your company.
Here you can view
- The name of the selected plan
- The subscription or trial status
- The number of days remaining in the trial
- The next billing date or subscription start date
- The billing cycle
- The number of administrators allowed
- The number of employees allowed
- The number of repair jobs that can be created each month
- Whether a payment method is saved to the account
Available features and usage limits depend on the selected subscription plan.
If the account is currently using a free trial, the Trial label and the number of days remaining will appear next to the plan name.
When the trial ends, the selected paid subscription starts automatically unless it is cancelled beforehand. Payment is collected using the payment method saved to the account.

About Usage Credits
Some subscription plans include a monthly credit balance for paid Wemotics features. The purpose of these credits depends on the selected plan.
You can view the current credit balance in the AI Credits section.
Professional Plan Credits
The Professional plan includes US$5 in SMS credits every month.
These credits can only be used to send SMS messages to customers directly from Wemotics, including:
SMS credits can be used for
- Repair progress updates
- Estimate approval requests
- Customer portal links
- Other messages related to a repair job
The US$5 credit included with the Professional plan cannot be used for AI features or vehicle data lookups.
Business Plan Credits
The Business plan includes US$20 in credits every month.
These credits can be used for all paid AI, vehicle data lookup, and communication features, including:
Business credits cover
- Automatic translations
- AI repair recommendations
- Work, part, and estimated labour-time suggestions
- Vehicle data lookups using a license plate
- License plate recognition from a photo
- Suggested OEM part codes
- Data extraction from invoices, receipts, and other documents
- Conversations with the AI assistant
- SMS messages to customers
- Other credit-based AI requests
When these features are used, the applicable amount is automatically deducted from the company's shared credit balance.
You can disable credit-based features at any time in the settings.
What Happens When the Credits Run Out?
When the credits included with the subscription plan run out, credit-based features are paused until the next month or until additional credits are purchased.
Unused credits purchased separately do not expire at the end of the month. The remaining balance carries over to the following month.
Topping Up Credits
Top Up Credits
To add credits manually, click Top Up Credits.
In the window that opens, you can:
- 1View your current credit balance.
- 2Select one of the predefined top-up amounts.
- 3Increase or decrease the selected amount using the + and − buttons.
- 4Preview your new balance after the top-up.
- 5Confirm the credit purchase.
The confirmation button displays the selected top-up amount, for example, Add $10 credits.
After the payment has been completed successfully, the purchased amount is added to the account's shared credit balance.
Credits purchased separately are not limited to the current month. Any unused balance carries over to the following month.
If you do not want to complete the purchase, click Cancel or close the window.
Automatic Credit Top-Up
Automatic top-up helps prevent credit-based features from being interrupted when the available balance becomes low.
To enable this feature:
- 1Click Set Up Auto Top-Up.
- 2Enable Enable auto top-up.
- 3Click Save.
When automatic top-up is enabled, credits are added automatically when the available balance becomes low.
To stop using automatic top-up, disable this option and save your changes.
Billing History
The Billing History section displays invoices and payment records associated with your company account.
Previous billing information will appear here after at least one payment has been completed on the account.
If no payments have been made yet, the page displays a message indicating that there are no invoices. The first invoice will appear in this section after the first successful payment.
