Service History
The Service History section provides access to previously completed jobs for the same vehicle. It allows workshop staff to quickly review the vehicle's previous repair and maintenance history directly from the current Job Card.
Viewing Vehicle Service History
Open the vehicle's repair record
Open the required Job Card, click More, and select Service History.
Wemotics automatically links the service history to the vehicle. Previously completed jobs for that vehicle are displayed here, allowing the workshop to review earlier repairs and services without searching for previous Job Cards manually.
This can help when diagnosing recurring problems, checking previously completed work, or reviewing the vehicle's maintenance history before preparing a new repair.
Vehicles Without Previous Service History
Building the history over time
If the vehicle does not yet have any completed jobs recorded in Wemotics, the Service History section displays No service history.
Once a job for this vehicle is completed, it becomes part of the vehicle's service history and will be available here for future visits.
